   Food was excellent and good value but the service was very slow. Drinks took ages to come and when it came to paying the bill, trying to get someone’s attention was difficult and when they left the bill we had to keep trying to get someone’s attention so we could pay.

   Easter Sunday was such a HUGE disappointment 1,000 customers quoted for lunch ,managers arguing with staff STRESSFUL we experienced long delay for service 40 minutes for a glass of wine !! Food served without what was quoted on the menu the roast chicken dinner came with No Stuffing or vegetables and when it was brought to the table the starter had NOT been cleared beforehand , for a high end expensive restaurant we left feeling really HARD done by NOT the experience we had expected for Easter Sunday a total let down

   We loved everything about this place! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was wonderful and the service was great! After reading “mixed” reviews, we decided to give it a shot (based on a recommendation), and I’m glad we did!! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! Can’t say enough about how good the food was! The place is comfortable and our server was great! If you’re looking to be in and out quickly, maybe not the place for you, but I can’t recommend it enough!!

   The restaurant is cute and the menu was very nice! The food was quite tasty, but the service was very poor. The waiter finally came but took orders of tables that were seated after us. It was impossible to get his attention for anything. We got our starters with no plates, he never came to check our table to see if we had what we needed or ask how the meal was. We saw that other patrons had to stand up and hand him their payment at the wait station so we asked for our bill early he seemed annoyed and never came to collect payment so after 25 mins we left cash at the table and got up to leave. He saw us and never bothered to come to the table…he was just standing around doing nothing. It was disappointing to say the least. It would have been a great meal except for the inattentive service.
