   ⸻ Most of the dishes were very heavy with oil, even the wok cooked ones. The deep fried kimchi was not edible as it was soaking in oil when they served it. The service overall was good; however the man at the reception told me I had no booking when he couldn’t understand my name. I explained that I definitely had a reservation and had even confirmed it the day before. He didn’t apologise after he found my reservation he just said, “Go ahead.” On a positive note, when my 4-year-old daughter cried after hurting her finger during the lovely bartender kindly brought her a candy frost. That was a really sweet gesture. Overall, it was an okay experience. I felt like I was mostly paying for the decor and the location rather than the quality of the food.

   Our server was excellent and very kindly organised 2 complementary glasses of fizz, as I had completed London Marathon earlier thst day . And a complementary small dessert . It was much appreciated. Lovely dining experience

   We visited St Paul’s Ivy Asia on 27th April to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While the food was excellent — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyable — the service was very poor and really affected the overall experience. We had to repeatedly chase our drinks and the duck we ordered, and over the course of two hours, we were served by at least four different staff members, none of whom seemed properly informed. We were also given two different dessert menus. After choosing the Dragon Platter, we were brought the Blossom Platter instead. When we raised the issue, the waiter insisted we must have been mistaken — even while looking at the two different menus in front of him — and then tried to claim the platters were the same, despite clear differences. At no point did anyone apologise or attempt to put things right. For a bill exceeding £200, the service was completely unacceptable. Excellent food, but sadly let down by disorganised, dismissive service. Not what I would expect from a restaurant of this standard.

   Excellent experience for our son’s birthday. The food was superb and of course the restaurant itself is beautiful.

   Experience must have if visiting London. Very tasty food and impressive interior and people working to cater for every need.

   I went to celebrate my partners birthday on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant decor was really nice and the food was tasty and a good portion size. Very noisy so would not recommend on a Saturday day/evening if you’re wanting something intimate. High Service Charge

   Good was amazing as we ordered the platinum experience. However you couldn’t swap out an item but only add on which we did. The add on dish came later on his own which then caused a delay on the other courses and we then ended up with two courses together which was rushed. They then told us we had to move from the table as soon as we’d finished eating as the time had run out. Spoilt what would have been a lovely meal/time.

   Everything absolutely lovely, staff, food, ambience all lovely. It is a bit pricy but well worth it

    Amazing venue, well worth a visit with a fantastic view of St Pauls. Only issue - starter came, main arrived 2 minutes later - one main was a good 15 mins later, took the edge off the meal experience a bit as we were all being polite & waiting. Other than that a great evening
