   Our server was very attentive, professional, provided recommendations when asked. Loved her! The pasta dish I ordered - fettuccine with prawns, the pasta was done great but the dish lacked sauce, I’m used to eating fettuccine being covered in creamy sauce. My husband had the meatball pasta and felt the same with his dish. We went around happy hour great appetizers and can’t beat the all day happy hour which we only found out about that once we arrived. Thank you so much for the complimentary birthday dessert that was very nice touch.

   The service we received was exceptional. Our server was on top of her game, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Then at the end went above and beyond bring a special treat for my wife’s birthday. A great night and food.

   We enjoyed our dinner, the food was tasty and portions were generous. A slight miss on our appy, as the dish wasn't warm. Our server Morgan was fantastic. She was welcoming, personable, and took great care of us. If you are craving Italian food, I recommend stopping by for a meal. We'll be back to see Morgan again!

   This used to be one of my favourite places.. I came here with my sister for her birthday. I called ahead and asked what options I had for desserts for her birthday. The person had mentioned that they offer a free dessert and they made note on our reservation. The night of the reservation, we had pretty horrible service. It started out with the appetizer. We had ordered the Burrata Ball, which was served over faccasia bread , tomatoes and olive oil. When it came to the table, the bread was soaked, soggy and inedible. We had set it aside for the server who didn’t come back for 10-15 mins. When she finally came, I explained that we really didn’t like it, the bread was soggy etc. she said okay and walked away. She didn’t take the appetizer and didn’t offer to get us anything else. After continuous attempts to flag her down, we had to ask someone else to grab her. When she came back we asked her to take the plate away and if we could order something else instead. She gave a little bit of an attitude, took the new order and walked away. Someone else brought out the food and the new appetizer. She came back about 10 minutes into the dish and asked how everything was. I told her the replacement appetizer was much better and food was great. Fast forward to the end of the meal, we needed to leave for a movie. I had asked the server for the bill when we ordered the birthday dessert and again 10 minutes after we got dessert. When she came to grab the plates, I had to ask again and we were now late for our movie. The server told us she comped both appetizers, I paid and we left. It was my fault for not checking the bill, as we needed to leave but we were over charged by around $30. Tuesday “All day Happy Hour” we were charged regular price for the drinks, charged for one of the appetizers and the dessert. Now fast forward again, I have contacted the restaurant 5 times over the course of 2 weeks for a refund. Each manager says only the GM can do a refund. I am still waiting.

   Enjoyed our anniversary on a quiet monday evening. Beautiful atmosphere, a kind server who checked in the perfect amount. We had the braised shortrib pasta and the beehive pizza - followed by the delicious cannolis!! We love coming here for special occasions - for delicious, quality food and a warm atmosphere😊
