   Great food, attentive staff. Don't let it being in Holiday Inn dissuade you from going. The ricotta tapas were worth a return trip. Monday night not a big crowd and there was trivia.

   We had wonderful meal here at the Imperial as first time diners. We used a Local Flavor certificate which aided in our decision to try it out. We had made reservations but the hostess allowed us to pick whether we wanted to be seated indoors or outside on the streetside patio. We chose to sit outside as the weather was so nice. The street noise was a bit distracting at times but we were enclosed behind a brick wall planter so were not really aware of passersby and traffic. The waiter was wonderful and came right over to our table to get us drinks as soon as we sat down and we followed his recommendations on which were the best entrees. So glad we listened because both of our meals were wonderful and beautifully presented. We will go back again!

   Server was not pleasant to deal with at all. Ordered the vegan labeled pancakes and they came with non vegan butter and whipped cream. Additionally, pancakes were to have a berry compote on top and a side of hash browns, all that was served was plain pancakes. When telling the server the home fries weren’t delivered he questioned that they were listed on the menu. Additionally the two sides of bacon were forgotten, and were brought out 10 minutes after food was served. When approaching the server with these simple concerns we were faced with excuses and lack of hospitality. For that I don’t know if I will give it another chance

   Food was okay. Steak was medium when I asked for medium rare. Flavor was decent. Scallops were excellent.

   Very pricey for the food. Lancaster chicken was missing ingredients and was dark and white meat. Beer prices, high and only 10 oz.

   Not Sure if I would recommend the Imperial but may go back for a second chance. Outdoor deck had a great atmosphere Drinks were good Corn Soup was good Tapas were ok - bread slice was too thick which did not give you the full flavor of the topping. White Pizza we did not like - crust was not cooked through and the pizza was bland.

   It felt like they had one mission. To cater to a select group of people and only them. The food was not interesting. Everything felt unimpressive. The servers were nice and attentive.

   Server didn’t know much about the menu. Ordered ahi tuna app that was supposed to come over rice, came out missing rice. Server seemed very out of it and uninformed. The atmosphere is great and the place has so much potential but i was not impressed at all with the food quality or service. Very disappointing. It wasn’t busy either.

   While the food was very good, the service was horrendous. Our server couldn't have been more absent -- and the place wasn't even busy on a Saturday night! Something to improve upon moving forward ...
