   All the vibes were truly in this building! Had the best time for my birthday ! They even surprised me with a birthday turn up with a dessert! DJ you did your thang, TK thanks for your service and hospitality!!!

   I've been twice and Customer Service and Experience was POOR. Friday for Ladies R&B then Sunday for Brunch Food was Fair. I feel African American owned businesses should really work on having a staff that excells in Customer Service

   This was my second time coming to The Icon and I was extremely disappointed. My first visit set the bar high for me however this time I had the opposite experience. Tori was my server this time and her service was NOT it for me. Her energy was very low and wasn’t very friendly. She hardly came to check on our table after we placed our orders. I ordered the Salmon and Shrimp Oscar and flavor wise it was good however I specifically asked for the salmon to be cooked medium and it was cooked well done and DRY. I didn’t send it back because one I hate doing that but also it took almost an hour to get our food the first time (48 mins to be exact) and I didn’t want to wait again. It was a busy Friday night (9:30 when we got there) so that could be the reason however I’ve been other places that were busy and still had amazing service. Other than food and service the ambiance and atmosphere was electric. They had a live band and once the band was off stage they had a dj who had an amazing set.

   Absolutely incredible experience at The Icon! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was sexy, and the service was top-tier. Kiara, our server, was absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Raven, the bartender, was just as fantastic. Her blueberry lemon drops were next level perfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously good (& they were only mocktails)! For dinner, I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and a side of coconut rice, and let me just say every bite was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the coconut rice added a delicious, unique twist. We started off with the Cajun chicken wings, which were packed with flavor. All around, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back and recommending The Icon to everyone I know!

   Our service was terrible. My wife and I went for dinner, drinks and hookah but left before we could even order dinner. Our waitress was avoiding us and treated us as if she had a problem with us. We’ve been here several times but we will not be back.

   Longggg wait! 2hr minimum dinner. Cocktails were mediocre, very expensive!! Auto gratuity 22% every bill no matter the party size. Food had good flavor. Will not return.

   Mediocre food, small portions for high cost. We ordered hookah and reminded staff multiple times but it never came. Live band was nice, host was accommodating, drinks were good. Overall, if you are going for music and hookah it may be cool (didn't get to try hookah so it may be good) but if you're hungry, I'd go somewhere else.

    This place had so much potential. The vibes were great, however the service was horrifying. Waited over 2 hours and never received our meal. It was 3 of us and they delivered one meal and it sat for 30 mins. Why are they not delivering food all at once? So my friend did not eat because he was waiting for us to get our food which never came/ after telling them to cancel our order and deliver the check for drinks. That took an additional 30 mins. Then it still had the food on it. I have never not given a tip in my life. I apologized to the waitress and informed her that I was not going to Tip. Horrible experience. Horrid
