   As former Georgia residents, albeit for only 2.5 years, we hold The Iberian Pig as our gold standard for all other restaurants to measure up to. That being said, obviously every one of our pilgrimages to the Piggy comes with high expectations. Many things were good, but we do expect more. It's hard not to fixate on things that have changed. No more fancy cherries in any of the drinks, romesco sauce under the BWDs (instead of a sweet potato smear), the bacon-infused rye old fashioned missing maple syrup, weak chocolate sauce for the churros, for example. We applaud offering new dishes, but there were misses: the goat cheese piquillo peppers that should be at least room temp instead of cold, a salad with a golf ball sized chunk of bitter light green lettuce head therein, way too much bitter watercress pesto with the pork & favas, and fluffy espresso gelato that should have been rich. Service was different as well. Our server was good, but all the support staff seemed absent. We had empty drink glasses and no interactions with staff delivering dishes. I guess I took great service for granted in the past. Don't get me wrong, we're going back tonight, but we'll try different dishes - with high expectations, of course. But given the devotion that I believe is still at the Piggy, I hope the continuing innovation will bring the menu and service back to where it used to be - or even surpass. We will continue to check in with high hopes!

   Iberian Pig continues its streak in being great food and great drinks. The paella was absolutely delicious- just the right amount of spice for taste! Additionally the pork belly tacos and calamari were amazing, just like I’d remembered and expected but the meatballs have a new sauce that wasn’t my favorite. I also highly enjoyed the hamburger- what’s a pleasant surprise as today’s chef special menu! Running parallel with great food was also great service and care by the staff which created great memories for me with my family!

   Our first time going. As soon as we walked in the we were greeted with nice and friendly staff. We arrived earlier than our reservations and had no problem being seated. Tapas were good. Favorites were the bistec and the cinnamon gelato and the raspberry cheesecake. It was delicious. Our waitress Jade was awesome. If you go ask to sit in her section she’s the best. She was helpful, friendly and On point with refills and updating about food, plus I over heard her being extra sweet to an elder woman who was there alone and had a walker. She was talking Jade’s ear off and Jade let her with all the patience and class. She even offered to help walk the woman to the bathroom. 5 Stars for the restaurant but mostly for Jade.

   Reserved a quiet table on the edge, but was seated in the middle despite plenty of open edge tables. When I asked to move, they did, but then a lady approached and told me we had to be done in 1.5 hours. Food was decent, but the experience felt rushed and impersonal. I probably won’t return.

   Matt was our server. He did an outstanding job! He was very knowledgeable about all of the food and drinks. We took his recommendations and they did not disappoint.

   The seating was poor. We were placed next to a table that was packed and the entire restaurant was just about empty. Lots of tables open. This is ridiculous.

   This was our first time there. We went to celebrate a birthday. We had Ryder as our server who was fantastic! They made us feel comfortable and answered all questions that we had and gave us great recommendations. The food coming out was spaced perfectly and was all delicious! The olive oil Gelato to finish was amazing!!!

   Overall, it was a great experience! The food and drinks were delicious and they were great at handling our tables dietary restrictions (food allergies) by making many of the dishes with the allergen ingredients on the side so everyone could indulge the way they wanted. Only negative part of the review is there was an occasional whiff of a foul smell near the kitchen. We asked them to move, but wanted to keep the same server. But ultimately the only option to move and keep our server was only a table further away from the kitchen, which we didn't think would make a difference. So, we stayed where we were at. I don't believe it dampened our view of the meal once the food started coming out.
