   Enjoyed a lovely brunch with our family. We were seated little late but, they sat us at the perfect table for our group.

   We sat at the bar and Emma was our server!! Amazing conversation, great personality and so sweet. Everyone was really friendly and it was a great meal!!

   I made reservations for five guests why did they sit us down  at a corner table with four chairs  it made all five of us sit there we were so uncomfortable  the food was not that great  the only reason why we came here was because they was protesting downtown, but I will never come back.

   My dear friend and I, who had lunch often at Hudson's downtown, went to the Hudson Café in Troy and had the Hudson Salad. It was beautiful and well-made. I was, however, disappointed in the dressing. It was a delicious house-made dressing, but it was not the original Maurice dressing. When the restaurant was open at Somerset, I frequently bought the bottled Maurice dressing that they sold. I wish I could still get it. I know I could make it myself, but I'm not a good recipe follower, and I messed up every time. I think you could attract many more customers if you could say "original downtown recipe followed" - or something to let people know how close your salad is to the original. By the way, I always took my young relatives to the Hudson's restaurants when we went to the malls and ordered the cheese soup and Maurice Salad to share. They grew up loving both. They are now young adults and miss these wonderful dishes. In other words - long after my age group is gone, these young people will still be searching for the cheese soup and wonderful salad - with the original dressing. By the way - our waiter was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

   Food was great serve fast the wait is long though. Had a reservation for 7 with a 20 minute wait.

    I expected better. The Hudson salads had gnarly turkey and ham slices. Not sure if was grizzle or what. I took most of it home and didn’t notice it til I got home to eat at 5:30 tonight. Most of it went down the garbage disposal
