With beautiful surroundings, and a stylish interior, The Horseshoes in Maidstone is a classic meets modern pub, a perfect setting for any occasion. Our chefs take pride in preparing fresh, delicious tasting food using the finest ingredients. Signature dishes include spit-roasted chicken with lemon & garlic confit, slow cooked pork belly with seared scallops, salmon supreme served with thyme-roasted butternut squash, and our home-made British beef burger. For a lighter bite, our spiralised carrot salad and Mediterranean mezze are both delectable, or for some sweet indulgence our melting golden chocolate bomb with caramel ice cream is sure to please!

    Thank you so much for the great service and fantastic food. As it turns out this was our last meal out before the lockdown and was a great place to celebrate my Birthday. Take care everyone at the Horsehoes and keep safe. See you again when it all returns back to normal. Thanks Mark, Julie and Louise PS The girls really looked after us and were very friendly and full of smiles. We wish them well and thrust that The Horseshoes will take care of them.

    We have visited this pub on several occasions and the food is generally good. On a busy Saturday night the place was a bit noisy but that was only to be expected. All four of us enjoyed our meal, the portion size was good and the service was fine. Recommended if you're looking for a reasonably valued gastropub.

    7 of us had a 60th birthday meal at The Horseshoes. Food was excellent, service great and good value overall. We have been a number of times and will be back again soon.

    A very good lunch for seven of us. We all had different meals and they were served swiftly and were all delicious. The newly refurbishment was exciting and attractive, and enhanced the ambiance of the restaurant and bar areas. I would definitely recommend The Horseshoes, and also plan to come back again.

    Looked after by very attentive waitresses. 3 of us had the rack of lamb and was excellent. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and it has a great ambience.

    We had a lovely meal! The service, food, ambiance, absolutely everything was perfect! This was my Birthday meal and it was exceptional! Thank you Horseshoes for a lovely meal. Keep up the good work, we would definitely recommend

    The food was AMAZING. We had three courses as the food was so good. Staff were very polite and friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back!!
