The Hardcover is an upscale restaurant serving fine American cuisine. In addition to its elegant and stylish dining room, there are several separate rooms available to rent out for private events. The Hardcover also hosts events of its own, most notably wine tastings from both domestic and international vineyards. The Hardcover has an incredibly high standard for all of its ingredients. All of the beef is carefully dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in a humidity- and temperature-controlled environment. Each steak is painstakingly cut in an onsite butcher shop, where guests can also get a few steaks to take home. All of the seafood is brought in fresh daily, and all the sauces and salad dressings are made from scratch each morning in the prep kitchen. On the menu, guests will find all the classic steakhouse staples, including prime top sirloin, steak au poivre, filet mignon and beef Wellington.
