It's decorated to remind you of a hangar, with old photos of metal hangars full of planes and corrugated metal trimming around the walls. None of this takes away from the modern stylish of the restaurant. It has a very enjoyable atmosphere that's well lit and full of natural wood. The main feature of The Hangar Grille's menu is the BBQ. Pork, ribs, beef, chicken and vegetables are all covered in homemade BBQ sauce and offered to you on the menu. You can order a range of other entrées like fish and vegetarian meals, or you can get a pasta dish. The Hangar Grille also has a bar, so you can order a classic cocktail, spirit, wine or a beer with your meal.

I saw on the yelp page that they made thin garlic fries. I ordered them and they were thick and soggy. The waiter said they changed them. They were not good. The waiter was nice but I don't think the food was great. I would say just ok.

Poor service. Food was mediocre at best. Corn was cold. NY steak was fatty. Appetizer (potatoe skins) was over done. Ordered a bottle of sparkling wine for $21 and they gave us a $3.99 bottle of Andre Champagne. We called it to their attention so they lowered the price to $11. I had taken my kids there for Easter dinner because I had previously had a good experience there at brunch. I was extremely disappointed this time!

Came here for a birthday lunch with my coworkers. No crowd on a Friday at lunch, so we sat right away. Our waiter was great, but some of the food was lacking... the garlic fries, which I've had before, came out very greasy. Also, the sauce the server recommended (Hangar sauce) was not very good - the citrus & heat combo had a weird taste. But overall it was good and I'll try to return.

No front desk help made our arrival confusing and frustrating, there seemed to be very little coordination with all the help. After dealing with that, glad we stuck it out as the food was great, service a bit shoddy and surprisingly uncoordinated given how long the restaurant has been open

Great happy hour and neighborhood vibe. $5glasse of wine on Sun., 1/2 off bottles of wine on Mondays as well as $1 Ribs - beef and a baby back always a great deal.

Try the stew! This secret place just opened and it will become a local gem. I've dined here a few times and have not been disappointed. Burbanks little secret.

This new spot recently opened and I wanted to give it a shot. They currently only have a beer and wine license, but a nice selection with decent prices. Food menu is fairly priced as well. Service was amazing and I should have taken his advice. I was torn between the seafood linguine and the lemon caper halibut and he said halibut, but I chose the linguine. The dish was so salty I could hardly eat it. I'm fairly salt sensitive and thought it might just be me until a neighboring diner ordered the same dish and I overheard her telling her husband about the saltiness. The chef came to our table and asked how everything was and we told him our linguine was very salty and his response was "next time ask for less clam juice"! Probably not the best response for a new restaurant trying to build clientele. I'm definitely not in a rush to give it a second chance.
