Venue was louder than expected, more of a club vibe than anything, just be prepared if you’re going there. At the beginning of the reservation the lane attendant took our drink orders, and a card to start a tab, but never reappeared with drinks and was MIA the entire hour. When the next reservation arrived we managed to get our card back, and thankfully we were not charged for drinks. The lane attendant offered to give us the drinks for free, but as we had to drive and were not a fan of the noise level we declined.

There is no food sold in this part of the hotel. Drinks were good as always. Service was good. The lane attendant tried to help and took of one drink to try to compensate for our issues. But the lanes were broken. They had to reset every time a new player went up to bowel. One lane was missing a pin completely. It would have been nice to be aware of this before we made the reservation. It kind of put a damper on the night. Had they been working correctly like they have when we have went in the past, it would have been awesome!

This place (hotel included) is a legitimate disaster. We made an appointment for bowling at 11:15pm on OpenTable and arrived at the hotel an hour early so we could check out the Christmas decor in the lobby and grab a cocktail. While the actual hotel is beautifully decorated, there’s not a SINGLE person working except the bartenders. No joke, no one was at the front door of the hotel, check-in, or the concierge. The entire lobby was packed to the gills, so it made it extremely confusing to know if we could just grab a table or had to order at the bar. We gave up and headed to The Gutter, another JAM PACKED bar with no hostess and no place to check in for bowling. After standing in a massive line for the bar (10 people deep), I told the bartender I had a bowling reservation and wasn’t sure what I needed to do. He told me to just go stand near the alley and eventually someone would show up. What?? So my already very annoyed party heads back to that area and waits a full 10 minutes with not a single employee coming anywhere near the area. I headed back to the bar to stand in line for another 10 minutes just to ask the same question. Fortunately this guy actually took the 5 seconds to alert someone to come help us. Once seated, our actual server (a young man with dark hair) was lovely and we had a great time. The overall annoyance we experienced and total lack of management in every area of this hotel would never make me return.

It’s nonrefundable, it was so unbelievably packed you could not walk or get through. We couldn’t find anyone to check us in and we could hardly get back into the building or move and we ended up just saying forget it and I lost my $50.

Fun experience being in one of only two lanes at the place. No one had booked the other lane (either that or they never showed up), so it was just us two bowling, which was a little strange, but fun. People in the bar would repeatedly come over wondering if they could play in the other lane, but the host turned them away. The atmosphere was very cool yet comfortable. It was definitely on the noisy side due to the crowds at the bar.

Not the best place if you’re looking to have a really serious bowling game, but so much fun for a group night out when you want to take the bowling a little on the easy side. The drinks and the vibe here are so much fun and it’s a great way to get out of the crowd for an hour.
