Orb kosher. The only kosher Bukharian cuisine in miami Florida. Bukharian cuisine is a type of Jewish cuisine that originated in Central Asia. The cuisine is based on rice dishes, which are similar to Central Asian pilafs. Meats, vegetables, herbs, and sometimes fruits are added to enhance the flavor. Bukharian cuisine is heavily meat-based, salads and Soup that are full of spices. Bakhsh: A rice dish that is made green with cilantro.
Plov: A rice pilaf with chunks of tender beef and carrots.
Lepyoshka: A circular type of bread covered with sesame seeds.
Bukharian cuisine was established by Bukharian Jews to abide by religious dietary restrictions.
The first thing you should know that at our restaurant we make everything fresh every day.
We have a hookah lounge.
Full bar with all the kosher alcohol you can imagine.
We have outdoor seating and plenty of parking space.
Very good for any birthday celebration even small wedding up to 100 people

I dont understand how OpenTable offer a reservation. Then when we show up the restaurant was closed. I have never seen that! Will never go back

This restaurant was wonderful. It was our first time having Bukarian food and the server helped us make great choices.

This was the WORST experience I have had in a restaurant in my life, and this was on Mother’s Day! The service was terrible. One star is not even low enough. The music was terrible and loud. The waiter didn’t care about us and I needed to get up several times to get him. He also looked so unhappy to be there. The food- they forgot some of our order until the end, didn’t bring it ever, and then wanted to charge it! The French fries were soggy and burnt. There is more but I will stop here.

The food was amazing, everyone from kids to adults enjoyed their meal but the service was very poor, everyone got their order at different time, some things ordered never made it to the table and the music too loud for us
