   Place is small, with the tight seating and the sound, hard to hear your conversation with the music and amongst others. Food was Delicious and enjoyed the flavors and freshness. Pricey, but that’s ok when the food is good but the protein portions are small for the prices like oxtail very small. I will revisit in the future. The service was friendly. Thank you.

   The unpleasant odor was overwhelming, and the level of professionalism was severely lacking. After waiting for ten minutes without receiving menus, I had to approach a staff member to obtain a scan. The establishment requires significant improvements in service quality. We decided to leave before ordering, as it did not seem like a suitable place for dining.

   I’ve been here multiple times and also order out on Uber Eats, the food, drinks, and service are 10/10. My favorite entree is the Shrimp stuffed with crab meat, it’s amazinggggg!!! My go to drink is the Sorrel Mimosa. Grotto has a great vibe!

   Meh!!!! It was super cold but they were incredibly kind by bringing out a heater to keep us warm. The food for me was errrrr nah! I got the snapper and I don’t mind food taking a while to come out but it better be delicious. It was soooo dry though it looked wet which doesn’t make sense (I got the brown stew…) with zero flavour. I almost cried. ;( The servers were lovely though. Presentation was good.

   if you don’t mind waiting an hour for your food, then come here to be honest. The food was great but to wait an hour for an entrée is insane. And on top of that being charged a 20% service fee on top of taxes, the food was good, but I won’t be back at this establishment.

    Dinner with the family and The Grotto BK did not disappoint! We started with drinks and then the ackee tostones along with the Octail spring rolls were delicious. And then we moved to the main event of dinner which brought on Oxtails with rice and peas with fried plantain, crab stuff shrimp, steam veg and fried plantain and a rather tasty baked Mac and cheese with oxtails..... Yes we love oxtails very much. All in all we loved the entire experience and the service was amazing.
