   Friendly atmosphere, excellent food, great wait staff, especially Mauricio, who was great! Mariachi band plays enough to be fun and enjoyable, but not in your face. Just right. We spoke with the manager and told her how excellent Mauricio was.

   We made a reservation for 6 PM, but when we arrived, we were told that the kitchen was very backed up and we could not order until 6:30 or so. The waitress was very nice and brought us 4 free drinks for our trouble! She mentioned that there was only one cook for the big Mother's Day crowd and one manager had already left ...it was a very long wait for our meal; but the food was fabulous!! We left around 9 PM.

   The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we waited at the hostess stand for 30 minutes as one employee passed us along to the next. No one confirmed our reservations. We had to leave our table to find a server to place our order, and then waited another 45 minutes before we saw our server again with our food. I could share several additional examples, but the bottom line is that the service was horrible.

   Mother's Day Brunch was wonderful. We had a friendly attentive waitress, she even brought smaller glasses for the kids. Nice spread with many options for breakfast and lunch. Everything was well seasoned but not overly salty. The omelet station probably took the longest but both people in my party who had them said they were good. The waffles were a little cold, but there close to the door which may have played a role. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, even my picky eater whose favorite was the champagne Alfredo pasta and fried chicken. I had both breakfast and lunch options and it was all delicious. The complimentary sangria (we had white and red at my table) was also delicious. The decor is beautiful! I can't comment on the quality of desserts, we didn't see anything we wanted but there were a lot of options. Our reservation were before noon but it was quite crowded as we left. We will be back! Great experience.

   The service was very poor (asked for orange juice 4 times before it was brought), lukewarm at best self serve coffee, no salt/pepper on table, no butter for bread until requested several times, omelet station very slow and located in small foyer waiting area and quickly became overcrowded, server rolled eyes when some of our party declined free alcohol for breakfast ... $140.00 for 3 people for a mediocre experience at best left me feeling like I was foolish for choosing this restaurant for a special occasion. (and this included a preset tip amount on the bill for service that was completely inadequate... and I never tip less than 25 percent as long as I get decent service as I understand that a restaurant job is hard work)

   We were looking for a place that served paella and once we took a look at the menu, none of us ordered it! Not to say that the paella isn't good, it's probably delicious but we each found something that we wanted more. From the mojito, to the tostones, everything was great! My whole family is Cuban so when I say Cuban food was good I mean it (obviously not like mom's or grandma but it was good!)

   Great fun with the band and friendly staff. Both kids and adults really enjoyed the chips, appetizer, and main courses. There has been much turnover in this location and we were pleasantly surprised. We will be back.

   After some hesitation to seat me despite my reservation, I enjoyed both the meal and the environment. The decor was interesting, the meal was well presented and tasty.

   Food was delicious, drinks were yummy and very accommodating. Went on a Monday for a birthday dinner and was very impressed.
