   William made a way with one of my friend’s dessert requests and had good recommendations for food. Overall good timing and good atmosphere. Just wish the Oxtail and Plantain was a bigger portion.

   The drinks took 30 minutes to come out and the food another 45 minutes. Was ridiculously slow and the restaurant was not crowded at all. No reason. The entire experience took over 2 hours for a supper experience.

   Dinner was lovely at The Grille! The decor and ambiance was sleek and comfortable. My husband and I had a nice bottle of wine. We had a the barracuda ceviche to share. The fish was so good, the flavor of the citrus matched with the avocado sauce. Yum! My husband and I both got fish dishes. I got the fish of the day, which was a red snapper and mashed potatoes. Very good fish, light flavor and a large piece, I could barely finish it. My husband got the Mahi Mahi, really nicely done, beautiful coconut flavors! The dessert, Baked Alaska! Drenched in rum. Our server was a lovely young woman, who was working very hard, so kind, funny. She had us laughing and gave us great recommendations. We really appreciate the lovely meal and the wonderful service!

   The atmosphere was casually elegant fine dining, the service was top ranked and the food was exquisite...a bit too much pepper heat for our non-pepper palates but fantastic nonetheless. Thanks to all the staff for making our 10th anniversary dinner amazing! The chef even gave us complimentary apps in celebration of the occasion!

   Dominic makes the difference in the restaurant. We have eaten before twice in that restaurant and definitely she makes the difference.

   The restaurant is a very stylish place and very comfortable. A couple of things let it down such as the dress code seems to be come as you are and a chap in swimming shorts did exactly that. The server didn’t know what cocktails they served and brought the wrong one, this was corrected when I told a previous server about it. Overall we enjoyed the meal.

   Disregard any negative opinions you read anywhere else about timing, slow etc! Everything was brought out to us in perfect timing. Be sure to try the desserts. The banana deconstructed Alaska is very different but if you like banana bread, cake, it is yummy! Thumbs up to William! You made the dining experience an extra delight…thank you 😀

    Dominique, William, Simon, together with all the other staff are fantastic. The food is probably the best we found on the island. Chef is top notch, highly recommended to anyone.
