    We ate here on 1st January for dinner. The set menu was excellent and priced well. Food was top quality and service very good. The restaurant was busy, but we still had enough privacy for dinner for two. A most enjoyable evening and we will dine here again in the future.

    Normally service and ambience are top rate but a wedding was being held in the hotel and they took over. The bride and groom blocked the doorway to get photos taken and the wedding party over ran the bar. This resulted in very slow service from the bar. Staff were very apologetic but having them hoover round you is not condusive to a relaxing lunch. Food was the usual high standard but surely some seperation from the wedding party would have meant other diners like myself enjoying ourselves too

    This is one of the best places to eat in Stirling! Friendly staff, stunning environment, delicious food, and overall good service. Highly recommended for any type of event especially if you like affordable luxury!

    On arrival I could see that the place was really busy so was not expecting our meal to be a bit great. Although it was more than a bit noisy in the bar on arrival we were sitting reasonably far up the restaurant so it was not too much of an issue. I was very pleased to find that not only was the meal excellent but the service was also. Thank you to Colessio for a lovely night out

    Great place for a town centre lunch/dinner. Excellent food and very helpful staff made this a very enjoyable afternoon. Will definitely be back soon.

    Service was up there with the best i have ever had. Food was lovely and the only complaint i had was the steak. I ordered a medium and was served a lovely but well done fillet. After pointing this out i recieved an apology and the steak was removed from the bill. Everything else we had was top notch. The staff were incredible and the ambience was lovely. First visit but certainly not my last
