   The organization at the Hostess Desk was terrible. There were two employees doing everything except seating guests and handling reservations. However, once seated in an empty dining room the rest of the lunch was flawless.

   We always enjoy The Grill. The wait staff is super friendly and the food is dependably good. I love the fish tacos, and the QC burger is the best in the area. On top of that, it’s such a beautiful place, whether we eat inside or out.

   My wife and I had your taco special 4-23-25 for dinner. Both of us were not happy with our meals. The primary dinner plate menu needs some serious updating. I wanted a steak for dinner, and thought about the Steak Diane, but three people have all said the meat was very chewy and not tender at all. Being a restaurant manager myself I don’t understand why in a place like QC a good selection of steak dinners isn’t available. The tacos would be ok for lunch special, but very poor dinner choice. A dinner special should be a high quality meal with all the flare one should expect at this location. We’ve been here four years and building a new home here. Surely the restaurant management and chef can put together a menu for lunch and dinner befitting the quality of this restaurant and QC. Dinner specials should be just that something that grabs your eye and high quality meal with all the trimmings. Honestly, the food truck at the back gate has far better tacos than what was served to us last night! Please review the menu options for quality steaks and quality meals with better presentation. The wait staff work very hard and do their best . I really think the chef and his/her staff are very capable of more challenging specials. Thank you, Mike Arnold

   We rarely have a miss at this restaurant however, last night, one of their dishes fell way short. I ordered the ribs which had been boiled and arrived soggy and covered with a sauce. My companion all had a great dish and our server was superb as usual we’ll go to the restaurant again, but we won’t order the ribs.

   Another patron insisted on keeping their dog at the table. They were rude to the manager creating an unpleasant experience for all nearby. Too bad!

   Very disappointing evening at the Grill. We had reservations for 5:15 and were seated promptly. Our server didn’t come to our table for at least 20 minutes. Drink orders were taken but didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes. We placed our orders and dinner arrived about a half hour later. Numerous mistakes with our order which were quickly rectified. My salmon was undercooked. Our second round of drinks never came at all. It appeared our server was seriously overextended. Even though the Eagles were playing in the ballroom that night, by this time the Grill should be prepared for that. There didn’t seem to be near enough servers or kitchen help. Our party of six were all disappointed in our evening and some voiced the opinion it had been a waste of money.

   We ordered the QC hamburger with onion rings. Split the order and had more than we could eat. Very good meal. Price was reasonable.

    The air was out on Friday 4/11 which was one of the hottest days during the spring season. It was uncomfortable after 40 minutes. Overall the seabas was real good. Overall.it was 4 out of 10 due to no ac. Servers were great as always.
