I made reservations for 5:45 pm thru OpenTable. When we arrived they had no record of an OpenTable reservation and told us we would have to wait 45 minutes. We left and ate somewhere else.

Our visit this time was disappointing compared to our previous visits. The entrees came out a few minutes after the appetizer that we hadn’t had time to start eating. The whole point of an appetizer is to have something to eat while you wait for your food to arrive. Plus the appetizer order was wrong and we had to wait for the missing item which came out after our meal arrived. Not to mention my son wanted to change the channel on the tv that was at our table and none of the switches worked.

Service was great food was ok. I got the cheese steak and it was just room temperature, would not order it again. Pretzels were great!

I met with several friends and we had plenty of time to talk and we were not in a noisy atmosphere. We had a good waiter but food was very slow to come out. I realize there are still staffing issues. We would return

Green turtle would not accept our open table reservation. We were going to have to wait for 2 hrs and 15 mins for a table. This was unacceptable. We left and went somewhere else.

We came to the green turtle on Veterans Day to meet some friends for dinner. We love the green turtle and have never had bad service. This particular evening it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waitress was not very good we waited a long time for our food I believe within an hour for our food to come out and it was cool when he got there. The only thing that made it better with the manager came out and comped our meal which we did not ask for we just wanted a corrected check that the waitress had messed up three times. But that was very nice of him to do that. The manager had to tell the waitress that she was not in trouble and to just go away from our table and then she proceeded to give us dirty logs as we left the restaurant. It was not our fault that she cannot do her job properly and it made us feel very uncomfortable. It’s very unfortunate because we loved the green turtle

Poor management at this location. The table we were seated at was wobbly. I adjusted the feet so it would be stable for our meal. The fish in my fish and chips entree was overcooked and rubbery. The restroom was disgusting. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned in days. The sink had black stuff all over it and hadn’t been cleaned in days. I will not be going back to this location due to the lack of cleanliness.
