   I took a Valentine menu with so called 2 courses.I thought that I can take a main dish and a dessert.it also means 2 courses.I was surprised that only I got the bill there was a misunderstanding that nobody explained before....whats the problem to take a main dish and a dessert??.so finally it was more expensive than expected...I was very disappointed.it was not mentioned on the menu

   Great restaurant. Loved everything about it. Excellent service and was spoilt for choice in selecting my food from the varied menu. Didn't expect to find a wide choice to my liking and at a reasonable price too. Ambience was inviting.

   I ordered pancakes which come out quickly but looked stale and tasted barely warm. I don't think they were freshly cooked but simply reheated. In general, I think the food there is overpriced for the quality you get.

   I was with a friend. We had a teapot each and a patisserie each. The patisserie had a very industrial feel, it was edible but lacked finesse to say the least. Pot of tea is quite small. Basically it was ok, no more. However, the service was good.

   Be warned! OpenTable accepts bookings up to 2 hours prior to the desired time, but these are NOT COMMUNICATED to The Grand. Do not assume any same day reservations will be honoured. The restaurant itself is pretty grim so you won't be missing out on much, but don't trust OpenTable for same day bookings!

   Excellent location to organise a business lunch or catching up with friends. Good variety of food to choose from.

   service was unattentive and even after the food was sent back to the kitchen it was returned in the same undercooked condition

    Such a pretty place to eat. Not cheap but the portions are large and well presented. Good service and location was ideal for us as our hotel is around the corner
