   We went for my birthday on Dec. 30 and didn’t realize it was a holiday special meal. It was a limited choice 4 course meal. The food was just okay and very overpriced

   The bread they served before dinner was really the only food that tasted good. Steak had to be sent back twice halibut was over cooked and way over done with lemon. Mashed potatoes were super dry and lacked any flavor. Croutons on salad were terrible. Waitress was nice.

   Ordered a medium well new York strip for $50 and it was well done. The portions of the sides were good. But at $4 extra each side is a little outrageous. Don't think I'll be returning

   Our evening was ruined by the restaurant. We had four in our group. Two just ordered soup/salad and the other two order lobster tail and steak. So soup and salad came out 20 minutes before the steak and lobster. So two people had to eat ahead of time. Then the steak showed up raw for a medium request. The lobster, baked potato and melted butter were not even warm. Also the coke was flat tasting. It was just horrible. The manager came out and comped the meal but we left still hungry and it was by then around 8 pm. The waitress was also missing in action for half the time we sat there. Very unimpressed and will not go back.

   We had to wait about twenty minutes to be seated so I was a little upset. I understand everyone is not properly staffed so I was patient. Service also was slow but once again they seemed short staffed. The food experience made up for the wait. We ordered the bone in rib eye and two lobster tails. The steak was cooked perfectly and was just right. The lobster was magnificent. Cook just right and melted in your mouth. The price for this quality of food was excellent. We come up here once a month to spend the night. I will make it a point to dine at the Grand Bistro every time we are here.

   By far the best place to eat in the area!!!!! Perfect for a fun casual night or a special occasion. Food is exceptional; service is incredible. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy! I can't say enough great things about it! A must if you're in the area and highly suggest making a drive up. I promise you won't regret it!

   Was a lovely dinner, the service was good, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious!

   As a repeat an usually happy customer, we are sad to say we will be choosing a different dinning location the next time we stay at the Grand Z. We asked for shrimp cocktail and received cooked shrimp with a plastic side cup of cocktail sauce. The menu is different as the sides are not included with the meal. our $42 filet cut was cooked well done and was ordered as medium to medium well. We are guests at the Grand Z with our 2 friends at least 3 times a year and always look forward to our dinner at the Bistro. We will no longer choose this restaurant. Bummer because it is so convenient as our 1st choice in hotel will be the Grand Z.

    Our server, Breana (might have spelled her name wrong) was very sweet. She was very attentive and apologetic when there was a mix up with our food. We understood and the supervisor bought on our cocktails and took off $20 due to the mix up. Food was great and service was top notch. Definitely would go back.
