   A delightful experience, and a privilege to see Martin Rowson's many sketches. How sad the restaurant is closing.

   Really glad we finally visited this excellent restaurant before it sadly closes.Everything was 1st class there is nothing we could fault.

   Went out for a celebration with my missus on a Saturday evening. Good location in the central, easy to access from anywhere. The design is a bit behind but still solid. Very friendly staff, professional service. The food was really delicious and authentic Hungarian. I can only highly recommend the place.

   Great place! As a Hungarian I can say that the food is great quality and completely authentic- as close as it can get to my grandmas cooking! Strongly recommend. Was very positively surprised!

   It's a great restaurant: food and staff are just perfect. Goulash is a real treat. Don't try any dessert....if you don't want to be addicted

    Had another lovely meal at the Gay Hussar, great fun - the owner is such a character and all the food and wine was lovely. Great little place and makes a change to have something so different.
