After making a reservation on opentable and receiving a confirmation email from them I was shocked when I arrived at the restaurant to see that it had been closed down. I had made a reservation for 6 people for my birthday so It completely ruined my plans for the evening as I could not make another reservation with so little time. I do not recommend booking through opentable to anyone as they obviously have so little contact with the partner restaurants. I cannot explain how unhappy and disappointed I am that this happened.

A group of us met for some after work drinks & catch up. The venue decor was cool, the happy hour cocktails were nice but the food menu selection was poor and the pizza that I ordered lacked any flavour. But it made up for it with the buzzing atmosphere, we played a few rounds of giant jenga & connect 4 and table tennis. The DJ's were good everyone was so chilled & really friendly we were dancing and playing games with other party goers outside of our group. I would definitely go there again...

Had to find someone to show us to our table. Disorganised chaos really. Ordered drinks and pizza. Nothing happened for 40min. Eventually, after some complaining, 2 of 5 drinks arrived. Then 2 more, which were the same as the first 2. Then 1 pizza. Eventually the other 4 pizzas arrived and the right drinks - this was after 90min. Manager was nice and said he would give some complimentary drinks, but these took 30min to arrive so we just cut our losses and left. Unbelievably poor service. The very least you expect in a bar is some drinks!!!

We booked the 1 pizza and 2 cocktails each for £20pp deal and it was fantastic value, it also included 30mins of table tennis. We got there at 8pm and the music was good and cheesy and the atmosphere was great. By about 10pm the atmosphere seemed to totally change, the music went to the dark side of dancy and attracted a totally different crowd. We thought we'd have another drink an play some of the arcade games before leaving but after looking at the drinks price list we opted just to play the arcade games! I'd definitely go again if the same deal was available as the food and cocktails were great.

Great sports bar with a cool vibe. Nice food, good crowd, had a jokes time playing beer pong, very helpful staff and GREAT music. Perfect spot for a few drinks on a fri night with just a few mates or with a big crowd.

A great concept for a restaurant, the ping pong was a lot of fun and the food was excellent. However, before we had time to finish our meal we were told that there was someone waiting to take our table and that we had to leave. We were given no pre-warning of this and were quickly being rushed to move on before they had even brought the bill over and given us a chance to pay. We had every intention to stay at the bar and buy some more drinks (having already spent £100 on food and drink) but were completely put off doing this after being hurried and made to feel undervalued and unwelcome by front-of- house staff. This was such a shame to ruin what had the potential of being a great evening and could have been easily solved by pre-warning us of what time we had to vacate the table and treating us with a bit of decency. We will not be recommending others to go here.

Service wasn't great. I sat on my own for 15 minutes while I waited for my friends to arrive and noone even offered me A drink which I would have happily ordered

great for work drinks, drinks with mates and perhaps even a fun date but be warned after 9pm it gets loud and rowdy! Great fun and good value.

We went to Ping on Saturday afternoon which meant that it wasn't that busy and we got plenty of actual playing time which was definitely a plus. (If it's very busy you'll only be allowed to play for thirty minutes.) As it was just the two of us, we were expecting a lunch table of our own but instead we were placed at the end of a large table that was almost completely filled with a group of people that had clearly been drinking for a little while now. This was a slight letdown. Drinks are quite expensive at Ping and the food we ordered was just okay - nothing special. The service we had was good though with orders and bill being delivered quickly and a reminder when it was our turn to play (after that we could still play as long as a table wasn't in use). I would probably not recommend Ping as a date (you for example can't really hear each other whilst playing without shouting). It is a great place to go with a group of friends though as long as you're happy to pay the price of drinks.

Really good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious cocktails. No entry fee but cocktails were £10 each so not a cheap night. We got a ping pong table almost straight away and had loads of fun. Next time we'll come back in a group!
