   food very good.Tip/ do not sit at table by kitchen, as we found our clothes smelt very strongly of food.

   Spent a very pleasant 55th Anniversary evening at The Fox and Hounds. Food was delicious and the staff very attentive. Would highly recommend it to a friend.

   Good excellent, waitress was wonderful. Owner was very unwelcoming: abrupt, rude at the start in not welcoming us (we were 10 mins late) and hovered at the end to shoo us out.

   We had a fantastic meal at the Fox and Hounds. The roasts were excellent as were the delicious puddings. We have been here before but the service on this occasion was the best it has ever been; they really have an excellent team running the floor. It's a lovely pub in a beautiful setting so booking is a must! Combined with a trip to the Tree Barn (November and December) just down the road, it was a great day out.

   Pleasant scenery to travel through to get there, nicely proportioned restaurant, plenty of space, attractive menu, service friendly if a little slow occasionally, food tasty and not overwhelming and prices reasonable. Few criticisms of the overall experience.

   We all enjoyed our lunch at the Fox and Hounds. The food was excellent and service prompt and friendly. The pub is in a great location and we liked the extension building where we had our lunch.
