We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

Savanah was fantastic, we would go back just to have her wait on us again. The food was good, the room gets a bit noisy.

From out of town, traveling for business, went here with coworkers, Great atmosphere, Food was delicious, had the scallops. Cheese cake for dessert. Waiter was also great. Very attentive, explained any questions we had on the menu in the very helpful and friendly.

This is a hard review to write because we loved the food and thought the portion size was generous. We will try to go back when the patio is open but I don't think we'll eat inside again. It was just too loud and we couldn't converse comfortably.

My family and I went to the soft lunch of the Foundry’s new brunch menu and we absolutely loved it! The Eggs Benedict was delicious and the Corned Beef Hash Skillet was also to die for. My kiddos loved the chocolate chip pancakes and the hefty side of mixed berries was certainly a hit. Our server Cathy was very attentive and super sweet with our boys. We always enjoy our outings at the Foundry.

Got together with college friends. We all drove about an hour to meet there and it was well worth it! Excellent food!

The Foundry is a favorite, especially for the food and drinks, and service. Our server, Cathy, is always friendly and professional, checking in frequently, but not annoyingly. My only comment is that the decor is crying out for an update, particularly the waiting area. It is dark and gloomy and the historic photographs, at one time interesting, are now faded and need to be replaced. Other than that, we always enjoy the Foundry.
