   I cannot give this place a lower score. Booked, only to be told when we arrived that they ‘didn’t have enough portions’ for us, much less seat us. Extremely poor, poor handling of the situation and zero offer of anything to offset our group’s inconvenience. I would never recommend. Do not book this restaurant, you will run roulette of actually eating or being turned away. Just not good enough.

   Great food and service very noisy but we where given a great table in the alcove upstairs for 4 which was perfect and a lot quieter 👌

   Good British food in a comfortable but noisy setting. Just okay on the service, but clearly working on it! They just opened so I give them extra credit for trying hard to make us happy!

   We came here for business dinner for our American colleagues. Atmosphere of restaurant is very good. Sea trout and pork belly were very juicy and tasty. All members had enjoyed dinner very much. Definitely revisit here in next meeting period.

   Really nice venue, great service, menu not massive but that's being hyper critical. Great place for a nice meal, bar is adjoining and there was live music later in the evening.

   I would not recommend the Fire Station to a friend for Sunday Lunch .The food was not served well .All of the meat and veg was clumped together on a smallish plate The Yorkshire puddings were burnt and like cardboard and had to go back .

   I haven’t been here for several years, I love the bar area and the food was good, although the menu is greatly reduced. I do find the drinks rather expensive, particularly the wine by the glass
