   We had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. The service was exceptional. The 2 young ladies were very knowledgeable about all the dishes and wines. The service was efficient and we never felt rushed. We were given detailed descriptions of all our food and drink. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the tables were well spaced. The food was very reasonably priced, we felt the wine flight was a little on the expensive side but wanted to try it. The quality of the food was equal to Michelin starred restaurants we’ve eaten in before. We will highly recommend to others and will be back.

   Superb as always. The team at The Fig Tree never disappoints: warm, friendly welcome and service throughout, the food is outstanding and delicious with a great wine list. It has become our firm favourite.

   A really lovely restaurant in a beautiful village. The food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves.

   Food outstanding - as always. Each course has that special something which sets off the taste buds. Only negative is it gets noisy when busy .

   This divine restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is created with precision, love, and devotion to presentation, and taste is second to none. The mouthwatering menu will tantalise your tastebuds. The flavours and textures all work in a brilliant display of culinary work. The chef is talented but is matched by the Front of House team. The service was equally as sublime as the food. Highly recommend a visit, and I'll be back as the value for money was exceptional. Thank you for sharing your restaurant with us.

   The quality of the food is never less than excellent and is often quite outstanding. I know of no other restaurant in Mid Sussex that comes close to the Fig Tree.

   Outstanding set menu that changes with the seasons. Every bite delicious. Fantastic value when you think of the time and care taken to create each mouthful. Helpful and knowledgeable service.

     We had a delicious lunch at this excellent restaurant in a very pretty village. The food was excellent, there was a very good choice of wines and the prices were extremely reasonable. The waiting staff were very helpful. We will definitely be going back.
