   Food sent back twice. Came back and still not cooked as requested. Staff couldn’t care less. Children running and screaming all over the place. Even in behind bar. Didn’t even ask if I enjoyed my meal. Clearly not. Not asked I I wanted dessert. Kept waiting for bill. Had to go up I end as no one came back. Rubbish service and food.

   The venue is just 5 minutes from my home so is ideal for taking friends and family for a good meal. The staff are attentive, friendly and see to you every need. They are also very knowledgeable about the menu, which is a breath of fresh of air, and makes you feel that the staff care about what the customer needs. Will definitely be back!!

    We have visited Fettykill Fox twice before and found it cosy with decent priced food and good service. Unfortunately this visit wasn’t so good. We were a party of 4 and ordered our food and then waited just under an HOUR for it to arrive and then when it did, my chips were cold my vegetable burger was luke warm and my other 3 friends food was all the same, luke warm!.......We were starving as it was then after 8pm, so we just ate it and knew if we complained it would mean waiting longer again! ....2 of our friends hadn’t been to Fettykill Fox before and myself and my friend felt awful, as we had recommended it and booked it for us all having something to eat and drink. Unfortunately we won’t be back and will meet elsewhere for future get-togethers and food and drink.
