   The smoked brisket rivals 250 BBQ though 250 is a tad better. Having the squash soup with the brisket platter is a good bargain. Service was excellent.

   This was our first visit to the Falls. We had lunch there with friends. The service was wonderful: friendly, helpful, and prompt without being intrusive. The menu was very interesting and the food was amazing. There were four of us and we each had a different dish. Every person raved about their food. We will be back many times.

   We went for Easter Brunch and had a great time! We did the unlimited small plates option and the food was amazing! The staff you could tell were really busy but everyone pitched in to help. We will definitely go again next year (and sooner!).

   Cocktails were wonderful. I had the paper plane and it was delicious. I had the hanger steak and it was cooked perfectly.

   Brisket dumplings were great. Butternut squash soup was a little bland but tasty and filling

   Worth revising for the food but a different time of day. If you like a buzzy restaurant, The Falls is a good place to dine. This was my first here since the venue's previous incarnation as Liberty Barbecue. For all intents and purposes, this is a one room restaurant. With a complete lack of dividers between sections in addition to the prominently elevated booths, diners and staff alike are on perpetual display to everyone present. The only factor that yields privacy to any conversation is how loud the room is. While a desirable vibe, perhaps, for a boozy brunch, not so much when trying to catch up with a friend. Also, having televisions prominently displayed, not to mention present at all, lowers my interest in The Falls as a future setting for meals. The food was decent with great flavor profiles. Ask for the tasty slow roasted chicken wings with a dry rub to avoid superfluous sauce. My burger, ordered sans bun, was perfectly cooked and appropriately doused with an excellent house sauce, though short of bacon considering the $3 add on, and could have used a substitute for the American cheese. Seriously, America's chefs, can we move on from that processed nonsense? My friend's barbecue looked quite good with ample portions. Behind the cocktail bar was a prominent display of whiskey and bourbon, which would have behooved me to consider when mis-ordering the day's cherry margarita. Mostly ice, overly sweet, and not very boozy. I suggest avoiding the menu's cocktails and sticking to either classic cocktails, specifying the base spirits as desired, or ordering whiskey. I suspect I'll try The Falls again but on a quiet weeknight. Barbecue will be on the menu, please and thank you.
