   A top notch experience at The Exchange. The food, ambience and service were amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. I’d give ten stars if I could.

   The ambience and customer service by the staff were outstanding. The food left much to me desired. Steak was not cooked as requested; we asked for medium rare and got basically rare. The lamb was bland and minimal flavor. Cocktails and Sangria s were well constructed and enjoyable.

   The atmosphere exuded a comforting, upscale vibe, with a blend of warm lighting and rich, earthy tones. The expansive glass wall overlooking the pool served as a captivating centerpiece. The chairs provided excellent support, allowing for relaxed seating without the need to lean forward, even at smaller tables. Overall, the setting was comfortable, enhanced by effective air conditioning. The service, courtesy of our hostess Tracey, was exceptional. She exhibited impressive professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness, guiding us through the menu with ease and checking in at just the right moments. The cuisine, while offering a limited selection, was delectable and reasonably priced. Tracey's recommendations, including a perfectly cooked steak and a superb cabernet sauvignon, were spot-on. Additionally, she surprised us with a delightful rendition of "Happy Anniversary" accompanied by a celebratory cake, courtesy of The Exchange, The Brix.
