   The Encore is child friendly and accommodating, the staff are professional, friendly and obliging. The atmosphere is welcoming and convivial and the food is generous and excellent. What’s not to like?

   I arrived at the restaurant to only be told that apparently I had cancelled my booking which I assured them I hadn’t they then managed to find a table to squeeze us onto which wasn’t really the best .... meal and service was good just a shame about the mixup 🤔

   Good food and very reasonably priced decent wine. Staff extremely cheerful, attentive and very clued up re. allergies. Charmed.

   Nice to have some good vegan options and a lovely selection of G&Ts too. The puds however were a real let down (a most disappointing crumble :( ) but overall a lovely spot for lunch.

   Had a lovely meal for valentine's Day Went in on the 13th Food and service was top notch Tried things I'd never had before and server was on first day but was great to talk to and was very good at his job :) Will come again

   It is hard to describe how bad this was. It started with waiting for 30 mins to get our water and wine while sitting in a cold dark room. The service was very slow and the food was the worst that we have had in the last 12 months. The pork belly was pure fat, my lamb was also full of fat and the chicken was tasteless. We could not wait to leave.

   We've eaten here lots of times, but thought the menu was improved this time - very imaginative, well-cooked and delicious.

   Lovely restaurant, good menu with lots of interesting choices. Good advice from Kristen on menu & wine choices. Made to feel v welcome by Kristen. Would definitely recommend.

   What a Great welcome from the bar staff from the second we walked in. Drinks order was easy at the bar and we were taken upstairs into the Restaurant for our booked table by one of the most efficient bar staff/waiters we have ever come across (Thank You). We were celebrating the departure of relatives to Australia & the bar guy took some great photos of the 4 of us, offered to open the windows for ventilation as it was a hot day, kept coming to see us and ensure we were well looked after etc etc. Food was fantastic, on time, hot and tasted great. Restaurant upstairs was very quiet whilst bar downstairs was busy. Place is just across from the RSC - very handy for Town, shops, bars etc. Loved it - and THANK YOU to the staff who made it for us.

    Great Sunday Lunch, very busy restaurant and will certainly return when in Stratford upon Avon.
