Went for a meal on Valentine's day. Good atmosphere (there was a live DJ), nice decor and great food.

The plantain was extremely dry and tasteless. How do you mess plantain up? The drinks took a ridiculously long time to arrive as well as the food. Wasted so much time at this restaurant. I wanted to avoid Turtle Bay but I think I’d rather go there! Horrendously slow service, though the waitress was nice. My friends chicken burger was pink inside and we had to send it back. Barely got an apology and there was no discount on the bill. In fact, they overcharged for the drinks. Will never go again

My first visit so I didn’t know that it was no easily accessible to those with mobility difficulties. I went with an elderly relative who relies on a stick to move around so the steps down to the restaurant was definitely a problem. Out of a wish to not disappoint, she slowly made her way down the stairs refusing to think about how she would leave. Staff was friendly and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was tasty and we didn’t feel rushed. Will go again and recommend to others but wouldn’t recommend to those with a mobility difficulties.

Was my first time here, overall a nice atmosphere and experience. Had to wait quite a while for the food and one of the side dishes was forgotten. Other than that the staff was friendly, lovely fresh food was served and I would go back again.

Food and service great..... BUT..... They need to pay attention to the restroom areas. From the moment you enter the doors to the toilets it lets the restaurant down hugely. It needs redecorating and generally a good going over.
