Traditionally celebrated every Sunday, this meal brings together three of life’s greatest pleasures: quality meats, mouthwatering sides, and convivial times with good company. As integral to British culture as it is to Executive Chef Ryan Lister’s heritage, Sunday roast guarantees a meal with bold flavours, textures, and sauces. We serve each plate with roasted potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and pan gravy. Never had fried potatoes palmed off as roast potatoes with my Sunday roast yuk! Not really English fare but nice try.

Absolutely loved it. Decor is fantastic. Food was delish. The pork/potato croquettes and tuna tartar were so good. Also had the fish and chips. Also very good. Everything was served hot and we didn’t wait long for anything.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The food was excellent. I had the steak and fries and my date had the fish and chips. We both enjoyed our meals very much. We also enjoyed each other's meals as well. Excellent batter on the fish, and my steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. The fries were very good and came with a garlic aioli. The host and the bartender checked on us frequently, but not too much. The restaurant has a grea look to it. It has a very nice mix of British charm with a modern feel and a very nice bar area with great lughting. I would definitely recommend.

We had a table close to the kitchen so we could see the chefs prepared the dishes. Everything was very good. Great experience, service was fine.

I chose The Dorset to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The food was amazing as always, but the service was truly exceptional. Karel is the best! Such a sweet and caring server who made the celebration even more special 🫶

Pretty terrible experience overall. Took a date for high tea on a Sunday afternoon. They happened to sit a family with two kids in high chairs right next to us, the kids were playing video games and dropping things constantly. Screaming and really not behaved. This isn’t the restaurants fault but nothing was done to minimize the impact, we could have been moved, or at least had the issue acknowledged. The food for the afternoon tea was terrible. Stale sandwiches, pedestrian pastries, dry scones, most was inedible. It’s a real shame because the place is gorgeous, the over aesthetic is stunning and it could be so much more than it was. Service was less than mediocre. Most on their phones and talking in the corners instead of tending to tables. Won’t be back.

Wonderful evening, excellent experience with little treats along the way as we were celebrating. All the staff knew our names and were involved in our celebration.
