Multiple dates availableAllow us to showcase what our beautiful island has to offer with our eight course tasting menu. Our new tasting menu reflects the season’s vibrant flavours, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully preserved highlights from last summer’s harvest. Drawing on the rich offerings of B.C. farms, the menu balances innovation with familiarity, offering guests a dynamic and flavourful culinary experience. Due to the complex nature of this service, whole table participation is required. Optional wine pairings available for +$90 per person. Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advance notice.
