Although I had a confirmation email from open table, when arrived to the Dial House, the restaurant was close. It looks like, even doing the booking two weeks before, they did not know that I was supposed to go there.

High quality, Michelin starred level food at a very reasonable place. Slightly dated interior and decor but a beautiful building in an idyllic location. The waiting staff could be warmer and more approachable but a good restaurant in an area with a lot of high end restaurants.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary and decided to spend a few days in the Cotswolds, I wanted to find a Hotel that could accommodate us for three nights, unfortunately the dates we requested were not available and we had to stay elsewhere, but I liked the look and the menu of Dial House so decided to book out celebratory dinner there anyway. We where not disappointed, from the second we arrived the staff were attentive and professional, we started off in the lounge with shampagne and canapés and then shown to our table, we decided to try the tasting menu which was exquisite in its presentation and tasty in its consumption, a perfect end to our special day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dial House Hotel and would definitely book again..

The food is outstanding. Lovely ingredients and use of those products. Delicious and tasty. The staff were very helpful. The prices on the wine list are very reasonably priced. It's the best place to eat in Bourton without a doubt. Go try it. You will not be disappointed. Fois gras with liquorice!! Delicious.

I have been to the Dial House on several occasions and over the years the cuisine has changed. I would recommend that anyone wishing to eat at the Dial House studies the menu before booking. It is unfortunate but under normal circumstances I would not have selected any of the main course dishes available, had there been an alternative. This is not a criticism of the menu, more a failing of my pallet, but the same may apply to others. I have to say that the service was first class.

Certainly worth a visit. Food is excellent quality and interesting menu. Also great location in the centre of bourton. The downside is that it is not at all child friendly and we found the staff a little aloof. I was also gob smacked at just how much custom they turned away during the time we were there, despite only having a few people in the restaurant - rules obviously come before revenue!

I went there with my husband, bro in law and two great friends on Sat night. We didnt arrived until 9pm and there was only one table sitting in at the front. We ordered couple of starters to share, and one main each. When the starters arrived, we were surprised at the generous portion they gave us, and by the time we finished our mains, there were no room to try the desserts. Overall, the food tasted absolutely fabulous and the service was superb, we are definately going back there again!

Republic in Kingston was fantastic. Have never tried Polish Food before and my girlfriend and I were really impressed. The food was unique and really tasty and very filling we have a massive appetite but had no room for desert after our starter and mains. The honey and cherry vodka were delicious as was the Polish beer. If you need a change from your regular restaurants get down here. I recommend the herring in spiced oil to start and believe me you need all that butter on the bread.
