   Fabulous venue & lovely food. Very friendly staff. Would be nice to have a discount scheme or loyalty card for eg regular customers/ blue light

   Some of the meal was cold, the starter came out with the main course. A bit disappointing but we will go back as we have never had an issue before.

   I have lunch quite regularly at the Ocean Deck. The service and meal are always very good, apart from one occasion a few years ago But nowadays my friends and I are consistently pleased

   Disability toilets downstairs were very dirty and floor needed cleaning also, which was not a good start. Staff were pleasant but needed prompting for menus and wheelchair assistance. Food was over half hour wait and bowl of chips lukewarm like they’d been under a heater for some time. Not a great experience overall. Views great. Room and cleanliness good.

   It's a shame that when you book a table for 12 that couples have to go to the bar independently and order separately and all the food cones out separately and some had finished before others had received their food. The chicken on my chicken salad was dry and overcooked. My wife ordered jacket potato but they had run out. Really?!! The floor was covered in chips and crayons. Staff were pkeasant enough. We won't be going back.

   Excellent service and food good value for money. Lovely view out of the window . Children very welcome and we then went to the soft play.

   From time booking was made to the day of the meal, everything was very professionally carried out. Will hopefully be booking for other events in future.

    The absolutely only not so great thing was that the plates needed cheering up with some brighter colour such as green sprouts and orange carrots. Otherwise, an excellent meal
