Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
The Deck at 560 offers "stunning ocean views" and a "beautiful sunset" setting, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining. While the "food is delicious" with highlights like the grouper sandwich, service can be "slow". It's perfect for a leisurely meal if you're not in a rush.

Booked the brunch. The Hostess who checked us in was rude to the guest in front of me and raised her voice which in my opinion was unacceptable. Luckily she was pleasant enough to me. Once we were seated there was no direction as to brunch process. We asked for a waiter who told us that the breakfast portion of the brunch was closed and if we wanted the "brunch" we could be sat in another room - people around us were eating the breakfast and brunch. We just ordered off the menu which was not what we booked or wanted. The food was fine though. When we left I spoke with someone who seemed in charge and he told me that both "stations" were indeed open. I mentioned the lack of understanding from his staff and the lack of directions given to guests. He told me he had met with the staff and they understood. Obviously NOT. The view was great and overall it was ok but certainly not an Easter Brunch!

It’s really great to sit at a restaurant and be able to view the gulf of America! We ended up just sitting at the bar, but the service was great and the ambience was wonderful

Easter brunch / Breakfast brunch was run inefficiently and the whole set up was confusing and a cluster. We had reservations and still had to put our name on a list and waited an hour. Two buffets, one $85 and one $35. They ran out of food. I waited in line for twenty minutes for bacon and an omelette. We didn’t eat together as a family because the timing was off. We will never go there again.

The hamburgers became our chive and wirh the French fries or chips you can’t go wrong. We chose shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and it was very well prepared and tasty and fresh. Had to have the cheesecake and again we were surprised as very tasty. But! How about some real bread for the table?

Lunch sandwiches ordered were good. Nachos deconstructed and not what we expected. Service very slow for both lunch and dinner. Very expensive for quality of dinner options but you do get to see the sunset!

We booked this restaurant while staying at the Hilton to have a nice dinner and watch the sunset. Unfortunately Hilton management decided to book a band called the Geezers and blasted music through the restaurant, wrecking a nice evening with my wife. I could not hold a conversation with my wife or hear the menu options from the server. Food was just OK and expensive. This restaurant is fine for lunch but avoid for dinner.

This is a great spot to eat outside and enjoy the ocean view. It is a little pricy for what you’re getting though.

The food was not very good at all. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it came out as hard as a rock. Kids Mac n cheese was cold. Fried calamari was soggy. Crab cake barely cooked. On top of the food being poor, the service was incredibly slow.

Waited for 30+ minutes to place our drink order, and the restaurant was not half full. Server was very nice, but well undertrained. The bar was not stocked as I would have expected for beachfront Hilton property.
