It always feels like I’m with family when I go to The Cut. Food is delicious, I love that their menu changes seasonally, and the offerings are creative and tasty. Service is amazing, and the owner always makes his rounds adding to that family feeling. It’s like I’m going to my very trendy, kind of well-off cousin’s house who happens to be an amazing chef.

I love it here! The atmosphere is nice & quiet & the food is in my opinion the best at Victoria Gardens. Thank you to everyone for going above & beyond to make every meal a meal to remember. Poutine Reuben Steak Frites All 10/10

The food here was so amazing simple ingredients with amazing flavor me and my wife shared each other burgers because both were so good all the sauces they gave was amazing as well as the appetizer we choose, we also got to meet Steve the owner who he shared with us about some ingredients they use and how he was about to start his business from a food truck to restaurant. 10/10

Never disappoints! Drinks are always delicious and the food is top notch! The service is always greatThe food and drinks at the restaurant were absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was cooked to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The drinks were also top-notch, with a great selection of cocktails and mocktails that perfectly complemented our meals. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious dining experience.

We went there for my husband’s birthday. Our first time visiting and the Service and food was good. We had the calamari, scallops, steak frittes and the bread pudding.
