   This was my 2nd time here. I spoke with the owner the 1st time I came & was highly impressed with the food, drinks & service I stated I would be back with my ladies group. When we showed up on Sunday we waited over an hour before our dishes came out. We were only giving one menu that consisted of one half side. I looked back at my previous pictures & realized we were missing 2 other menus. We didn't even have the appetizer menu. They said they were adjusting their drink menu so they didn't give that to us & the bartender came over to inform us of what drink options they had. When I requested the dish I ordered previously to be prepared the same way, shrimp and grits with the shrimp fried and gravy on the side, I was told they couldn't make any alterations to dishes. So I asked if the chef could reconsider since I had it prepared that exact way last time. When the host came back out and informed me they would not make any alterations to the dish, I was surprised and disappointed in how dismissive he/they were. I decided I didn't want to order anything, not even a drink. The other ladies ordered their food and drinks and when it got to the 30-minute Mark we asked how long it would be and was informed the food was prepared to order. However this was not the case because a a member within our party arrived late but received their food at the same time as the person who arrived first. I had to stop my friend from turning the table over because she was so hungry. She asked for her receipt & then they finally brought the meals out. This was after asking 2 times how long it was going to take for the food to come. When the shrimp & grits came out, it was completely different than what I had before. The portion was small & the gravy appeared to be beef gravy instead of what the menu states & what I received during my previous visit. I ended up ordering from another restaurant down the street. We all let and are at Papi's around the corner. Very sad. I won't return

   The only reason for 3 is because the place is not yet fully open! We got fooled (“our bad”) by the 5 star reviews into thinking that this is an establishment! They didn’t have the bar operational and lot of items on menu were not on offer! The person waiting on us mentioned that the grand opening is a week or two out! Otherwise the crab egg rolls that we ended up ordering was fine! The host was gracious and very friendly! But if they want to make their mark in the presence of established stalwarts like Nick’s then they have a long way to go! Wishing the very best! Loved the name!!

   Great food at a great price! Food was cooked to order and arrived at the table at the appropriate temperature. Server was very personable and attentive! Great place for food and drinks before and/or after a game.

   This cozy new restaurant THE CRAZY CRAB BAG has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide drink list and wonderful dessert. It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I recommend to everyone! I would will be coming back again and again.
