   We were here for Easter dinner . For the most part the buffet was NOT edible. Salad choice was just a bowl of lettuce. Sides were not tasty and cold. Pastries looked like they came from the 711 . Ham was ok . The worst part was my son found TWO HAIRS ON HIS FORK as he took it out of the napkin . I was so embarrassed, I brought a family member here. We will never return

   We went there for the Easter brunch, and I am sorry to say we were very disappointed! They need to do a better job keeping the buffet full and warm. There was nothing left to make a salad except lettuce, 2 pieces of strawberry and a couple walnuts, and the deviled egg plate didn't have a deviled egg in sight. I was really excited to take my mother there for Easter Brunch and I felt bad that it was such a disappointment. It's not cheap, so I expected a nicer experience. On the bright side, our waitress was lovely.

   Most of the food was out, and it wasn’t being refilled. The menu consisted of a continental breakfast with ham and turkey. The chairs were extremely wobbly, and we were concerned they might break. The tablecloths were stained and too large for the tables. Our drinks were rarely refilled, and we had a large stack of plates. Initially, we had hoped for a pleasant dinner for our family, but it turned out to be more like a diner with tablecloths. We will never choose this restaurant again. I feel that $400 for seven people should have provided a nice meal and ample food.

   Came here for Easter Brunch while camping at State Park. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Plenty of food, although we arrived just after a crowd had come, so items (such as plates) needed to be replenished. Drinks were not included with brunch price, including tea/lemonade.

   Excellent restaurant at the castle, and also the only one. It is a relief that being “captive” in the middle of nowhere doesn’t mean you have to have overpriced, bad food. The food was so very good.

   The food had no flavor. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and my partner ordered the herb roasted cod. The amount of Alfredo sauce in the bowl was overwhelming. It was more soupy than anything. The sauce had no flavor, just a hot, thick milk flavor, and the chicken was not cooked through completely. My partner said he found pin bone in the fish. It was undercooked and had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were under done with hard chunks of potatoes, and the Julienne Vegetables filled the entire plate. They were bitter and soggy. Overall we were very disappointed with our dinner and my partners birthday celebration.
