What a find! I eat out a great deal as I travel a lot with my work. This was the best meal that I have had in a long time! Food and wines were excellent and very reasonable prices. I will be back!

Really well looked after. Excellent food and wine. Lovely flavours and whilst a short menu the quality can’t be faulted. Thank you and will certainly be back.

Very nice personal welcome. Food was very tasty but portions very small. We both had beef Wellington which was cooked well but we would have liked a little more vegetables to go with it.

An excellent Sunday lunch , enjoyed by all four of us . If there was a downside , it was my wife's roast pork , which was presented as a single slice , cut very thickly , and virtually filling the whole plate . It looked rather daunting and intimidating , especially ( and I am not being sexist ) , to a lady . The quality of the pork , however , was first class. Thank you to all the young staff who waited on table , with efficiency , and pleasantness , without being obtrusive , helping to make for a very enjoyable Sunday lunch .

Our table was next to the log burning stove which was welcome on a dank November day. The 3 courses were superbly presented and the combination of flavours was superb. Excellent value for money. We'll certainly return.
