   Excellent sea food restaurant in a very friendly environment, beautiful views of the glorious coastline of Lyme Bay, Particularly appreciated the scallops, and a marvellous "fish of the day "- a very large sea bass that tasted wonderful

   Oysters and freshness of fish were excellent but the cooking was excessively heavy - I may attribute it to something about the low quality and amount of cooking oil or butter in the dishes. The service was unexceptional - not a disaster and ok but uninterested and gloomy staff, at times exhibiting a “take it or leave it” attitude, a rather cold welcome and service overall. Staff are not happy and it shows. The season hasn’t even started…. Will not come back, went to another restaurant by the beach showing higher standards although its location right on the beach makes it very convenient.

   Lovely settings, fish of the day was tasty and cooked really well. Service and staff very friendly. Visited late afternoon with family and dog and will definitely visit again!

   A beautiful spot right by the beach (with a small car park). Friendly and relaxed with good food, we had a whole black bream, grilled. We ate in the outside marquee so we could enjoy the view along the coast even on a fresh spring day. On a sunny day hard to beat.
