   My guys liked their dinners. I was a little bit disappointed in mine. I ordered the special…it was medallions with blue cheese and a red wine reduction. I know food pretty well and it did not taste like a red wine reduction at all, it tasted more like a balsamic vinegar reduction. And there was maybe a half of a teaspoon of the blue cheese butter on top of each of the two small medallions… The small portions were very disappointing honestly. Service was absolutely great though! I wish I could remember the gal’s name, but she was very attentive and friendly.

   This place was great friendly. Good food easy to get to in west Knoxville . Great staff. We'll be back.

   I have to be honest. Service is usually top notch and I reflect that in my reviews. Today was not at that level. The restaurant was very busy due to the holiday, and it appeared that there was not enough staff for the number of customers. I know from numerous past experiences that this is the exception and not the norm.

   A little slow compared to normal (we eat there 1-2 times a month after church), likely due to Easter. I made a point of asking two weeks ago if there was something special and/or was the regular lunch menu available. When we were not given the lunch menu I asked and was told it was available upon request, which we did. There was also an issue with the water (the replacement was fine so I have to assume the pitchers were dirty?) Food was good as usual.

   Lovely Easter meal on the patio. Service a bit slow, but it wasn’t a problem.

   We had a party of 11 and everything was perfect. Our table was ready when we arrived, our server was friendly & attentive, and our food was delicious. It was our first time dining at the Chop House so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the atmosphere was great for our graduation celebration, overall, a great evening!

   I have written many reviews of the West Knoxville Chop House - all of them positive because of their consistency in food and service. Last night was more of the same with a little bump in the road - one of the dishes we always order was not up to par - but that won't stop us from going back. Convenient, reasonable prices and good service (a special not of Quinn who did a great job) and usually consistently excellent food.

   The restaurant was very nice. The food was really well prepared and delicious. The staff made us feel like we were home. Our waiter was perfect. It was my husband's birthday and he really felt celebrated right down to the personalized card they gave him and the dessert. Love.. Love.. Love.. this place! We will be back again soon!!

    Food was horrible. My steak under coked then so over cooked it was shoe leather. My husband’s ribeye had so many grizzles in it he couldn’t it. Will not be back
