   An interactive dinner filled with visual, technical and flavorful surprise. We enjoyed it immensely and felt like we were back in Japan where every moment can only be described as exquisite.

   Loved Loved Loved! I tried so many things I wouldn't normally eat and loved every mouthful. Was lovely to have the ingredients explained and their origin. Money well spent

   We were really looking forward to this special dinner. The service was excellent but the food was underwhelming. You could tell there was a lot of love and care that went into the dishes but too many contained too much rice which made it too filling and also overrode the gentle subtleties of eating such fine seafood. The decor, and ambience felt like we were in a dated nineties restaurant - kind of like out of the zoolander the movie! The private dining area in particular felt a bit tired, dated and lacked ambience. For such an expensive set menu I would expect the ending experience to be a bit more relaxed. We weren't offered tea/coffe/additional drinks - instead just handed the bill to leave.

   We book for 5 people dinner to celebrate my husband birthday. I called Kisume to ask them to get a special touch in the dessert with little candle and happy birthday note and I reminded them again a day before. On the day, I asked the staff about it and he said it was not possible. I was very disappointed especially they said it was possible on the phone. I think most people will have chef table experience when they have special event like birthday dinner because it was not a cheap dinner. So, I will not recommend Kisume for special event.

   Too much waiting around for very little food. Majority of the dishes were average, a couple outstanding.

    Fantastic food and presentation from chef and his team, world class. Only marked service down due to not being able to hear chefs descriptions very well. Ambience was ruined by a couple who turned up late and argued for two hours, the lady was very drunk and spilled water on my wife. staff should have stopped serving her.
