We are a chef-driven, farm to table restaurant featuring original creations utilizing French techniques mixed with Asian spices and a Southern flair. Our French-Cambodian chef supports local farms and growers, and thrives on cooking with the freshest ingredients.

We are part of SavorNC and "Got to be NC agriculture".

We have several private dining rooms and are the perfect location for small to medium sized events, from rehearsal dinners to class reunions. We can accommodate parties up to 200 on our premises, and also offer outside catering.

Our full bar features top shelf beverages, over 40 types of local, import and craft beers, and a fairly comprehensive wine list.

Excellent lunch with friends. The owner came over to chat and was very friendly. Food was great and service was excellent...and in a charming old building. Cant wait to try dinner with friends.

We have been going to this place for awhile. Mostly when it was the Southern Kitchen. The new space is very nice and offers private dining opportunities as well. We will always come back here for a special night out! We thank the chef and the frog for bringing their talents and interest to the community of Whiteville, NC...

My #1 favorite restaurant! I find the food delicious, the décor inviting and the staff uber friendly! The menu options include something wonderful for everyone ! Every time we go we either have the special or something great off the menu...The Chef and the Frog is a must!!!!!
