The Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack, New York, is one of many locations in a chain of restaurants that serve international cuisine and a huge variety of cheesecakes. As soon as guests walk into the Cheesecake Factory, they will see the cheesecake display case off to the side. While there are over 30 varieties, some have become iconic over the years. The chocolate hazelnut crunch, salted caramel, ultimate red velvet and mango key lime are all incredible.

    A terrible dinning experience. Ordered our usual CHICKEN MADEIRA. This time we received only about 4oz of chicken. The remainder of the plate was filled with cheese($18). Our order of bread only contained the dark bread; no sourdough. Could not eat the dark bread because it was stale. About 10 minutes later, we received another order of stale bread. Twenty five minutes later, we saw our waitress taking out the sourdough bread from another order with her hands and placing it on our table. We also ordered green tea and we received mint tea. Spoke to the manager who told us that the company was cutting back on chicken orders. Previously, they were instructed to give about 8oz of chicken. Now they only give about 3-4oz in All main dishes.
