   We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Not only were the hostess incredibly rude but they lost our name on the wait list. A party of 7! We were told the wait would be about 45 minutes not bad really however, after 45 minutes my dad and I approach the host stand to see what the update was on our table and they couldn't find us in the system. The only excuse we got was that the hostess must not have "SAVED" the reservation. No apology from them at all just a "give us 15-20 more minutes and we will get you seated." We were not the only ones this happened to either. When it was finally time for us to go to our table after an hour and a half of waiting they take us to two separate tables. I then asked to speak to a manger WHO NEVER CAME BY AT ALL he stood there like a coward speaking to the hostess and not to the guest. The only reason this review is not 1 star is because our server Kim was AMAZING. I was rather shocked as we set through dinner that not once a manager came by to check on us and nothing was done to compensate us. Even just a "We are very sorry we messed up here is some calamari" but no we got nothing. Needless to say that we will never be going back.
