   I was under the impression I had 2 lanes, which I paid for, there was only one on a cold rooftop and we had to turn on some heaters for ourselves. We had to hunt down the bartender any time we needed, but he was friendly and hooked us up with a “pitcher”. But the place was a ghost town, no people no music, we kinda enjoyed our privacy and the curling was fun, but I won’t be returning.

   Donny was great and so was the other server. We had so much fun with the curling rink and the s’mores and the room is just adorable and decorated so cute. Everyone had a great time! The food took a little too long but other than that everything was perfect.

   Underwhelming outside. Very little ‘chalet’ decor. Good wintery drinks - but don’t order food while you’re there. It takes forever, gets forgotten, the baked Brie comes out with laughably little bread to go with it - and don’t bother asking anyone (everyone) for more. It will be stone cold by the time anyone pays attention. And then you’ll be told it will be another 15 min…for bread. We all left hungry and with our dish 1/3 consumed.

   Great concept, extremely unorganized. Took 20 minutes to get into the room we reserved for just the hour. Then we had to scramble to get to the curling rink to use it because it was only reserved for the hour and people we coming to play right on the next hour. No napkins or utensils for the apps. Nice service, just not organized and understaffed. Food was ok. Drinks were yummy. The advertising for it did not specify so many things so had to email the hotel. SO much potential unrealized with this concept. The Curling court was not ice, just a large sliding thing that was not cleaned or kept up. Nothing too special. They thought we had to leave the room right after the curling rushed game-which would have been terrible because we wanted to drink the drinks we prepared for-then they finally said we could stay, like it was a favor but it wasn't. There was plenty of room to invite more than 10 because of the outside space. But they said 10, so half our ppl were sick and we ended up with one couple to celebrate with due to the room restrictions. What a mess. Hope they get it together!

   We went twice over the Thanksgiving weekend. Saturday night was warmer and drier, with a more convivial atmosphere. Sunday was blustery and colder with fewer people employed to make it special or help with the curling rink or acquiring help with the firepits that blew out. Overall, we enjoyed it!

   We had the most fabulous evening tonight. Such a great way to celebrate Theo set of the holidays! The staff were amazing,!the overall experience was phenomenal!! We had a wonderful evening of curling, cocktails, food, fun and festivities!

   It was so fun to rent out the curling rink! The customer service was great! My only recommendation would be to find a way to make it clear that the curling rink is rental only. During our hour of rental, we briefly stepped away and another group walked right up and started playing. The staff were very helpful and removed the other group, but it would be easier to avoid these situations in the future by having it marked better. Thanks for a fun experience, look forward to coming back! When you book be sure to only select one guest - it’s in the fine print and I initially missed it.
