   Definitely a very nice experience. Loved the atmosphere. Music was very pleasant and not to loud! Hostess was very open and welcoming. Haley, the server, was very attentive even though she had several tables to serve. Definitely a place to check out in our small town. Really happy to see an upscale dining location here. I support our local businesses instead of chain restaurants. I wish them a great future!

   The food, atmosphere and service were all great. This restaurant appears to qualify as "fine dining" in Sebring. The menu is extensive offering a variety of starters, salads, pastas, seafood and meats. Also some interesting dessert choices. Our server was very professional and pleasant. A good choice to celebrate your special occasion.

   Menu has recently changed for the better. At least one item which I have had before has been removed. It was overly expensive and not very good. Another item was reduced in price. This was the fourth time eating here. Three out of four food experiences have been superb. The other was mediocre and disappointing. Considering the overall picture, this is one of the best restaurants in town. Try a dessert. They are all excellent. It is clear that the intentions are to provide an upscale restaurant for the Sebring area. Having eaten at similar type restaurants in such places as Atlanta, NYC, and Boston, the Cellar would be competitive.

   The Cellar Sebring is an upscale restaurant with mid restaurant pricing Food excellent value for money with great quality great taste very large serving size Restaurant atmosphere certainly upscale Servers friendly knowledgeable and very communicative Overall best restaurant in Sebring Florida Will definitely return many times

   Fine dining has come to Sebring. Excellent service. A large, varied menu. The food was excellent; presentation was nice; ambience was relaxing and inviting. This place is a winner.

   Lovely new restaurant in Sebring if you’re looking for an upscale meal. The waitstaff is very attentive— we had Jordan tonight and she was great! From a food perspective the lollipop lamb chops appetizer is delightful and very reasonably priced. Also had the fried zucchini blossoms which were delicious! After already trying the cod on a previous visit I went with the butternut squash ravioli, which were five large ravioli…unfortunately the cream sauce was too thick and too plentiful for the serving. Bar drinks are excellent but the complimentary shot of limoncello needs a little more sweetness. We will definitely return!

   It was a nice place but their political sentiment was inappropriate and ruined the otherwise nice vibe and good food.

    Great service! Food, while expensive, was quite enjoyable. I would suggest a filter be installed to remove the sulpher taste from the Florida water. It was my wife's birthday, and we appreciated her complimentary dessert as well as the limoncello aperitifs. We will certainly return in the near future.
