Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     So incredibly happy we now have a cap grille in Salem! Our meal was nothing short of amazing! We had a great Easter dinner and will be back !

    We enjoyed it so much that we booked Mothers Day! Derrick was our server and was great. Asked to sit in his section for Mother’s Day!

    Steaks were blackened and dry on outside. Had to cut off outer part of steak to try and enjoy steak. Crab/lobster cake was very good.

    A friend of mine and I went for lunch and sat at the bar. The bartenders name was Matt. He was beyond accommodating, professional, etc. I would give them five stars plus!

    Best steak restaurant in NH by far. We typically just go to MA for good steak. Nice to have an option in NH.

    Top notch evening in a beautifully done restaurant. The food was excellent, from shrimp cocktail to salad to steaks, each was perfectly prepared and delicious. The food was only to be outdone by the service of Melissa, who made us feel welcome and special. We looking forward to the opportunity to return one day!
