   My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Capital Grille. I had mentioned that when I booked our reservation thru OpenTable. After a drink at the bar, we were brought to our table and discovered it was sprinkled with tiny Happy Birthday confetti and a birthday card was there as well. That was a nice touch and the start of an enjoyable evening with my wife. Service from our waiter, Billy?, was top notch and the food was perfectly cooked and presented.

   From the moment we walked into The Capital Grille, we knew we were in for a special birthday evening. The atmosphere was warm and sophisticated, perfect for a relaxed yet upscale dining experience. But what truly made our night unforgettable was the incredible service from our server, Billy. Billy was professional and personable. He struck the perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive, always anticipating our needs without being overbearing. His knowledge of the menu and wine list was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our evening special. The food, of course, was phenomenal — from the perfectly cooked steaks to the lobster.
